    12. For personnel management and training after employment
    13. To respond to actions that violate terms of service, policies, etc.
    14. To notify you of changes to the terms of service, policies, etc.
    15. For other purposes specified in advance in the terms, policies, etc. of each service

  • Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

    1.  The Company will not provide the personal information of members to third parties (including those located outside Japan) without the prior consent of the member.   • Disclosure, suspension of use, etc. of personal information

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company will not disclose or suspend the use of personal information or records provided to a third party (meaning records stipulated in Article 25, Paragraph 1 and Article 26, Paragraph 3 of the Personal Information Protection Law pertaining to personal information that identifies a member (excluding records stipulated by a Cabinet Order as those whose existence or non-existence would be detrimental to the public interest or other interests).     3. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs do not apply in cases where the Company is not obligated to disclose or correct personal information or records provided to third parties under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

  • Destruction of acquired personal information

  • The Company will destroy member information when it is determined to be reasonably unnecessary in light of the Company's normal business operations.


  • Use of Cookies

    1.  The Company's services may store cookies on members' terminals and use them to store and use user information.
    2.  Companies that display advertisements on the service may store and refer to cookies in members' terminals. In this case, the use of cookies by the company in question will be conducted in accordance with the privacy policy of the company in question.
    3.  The Company may store and refer to cookies in the member's terminal on the websites of other companies that display advertisements distributed by the Company.
